Grilled Chicken Wrap

Do you know what I love most about counting my macros? I have the power to fill them with whatever foods I want. I choose to fill my macros with high quality foods, most of the time, because that’s what makes me feel best. Healthy products like Tessemae’s marinades and dressings give me the most bang for my macro buck! A little bit of their tasty dressings go a long way, as you’ll see here in my new grilled chicken wrap recipe.

Grilling season is here and I’m in heaven! One easy way to help me hit my daily protein goal is to grill all the good stuff. Am I right? Everything tastes better grilled, and there’s just something empowering about firing up the grill like a mom boss!

Chicken is a lean protein (aka macro friendly!) and easily dressed up, so it’s on the grilling menu rotation often. I’ve been loving Tessemae’s Organic Slow Roasted Garlic Spread. I brush a bit right onto my chicken while it’s on the grill and it’s superb! If grilling chicken is new to you, see my post here for perfectly grilled chicken.

These grilled chicken wraps are super simple, very light on the macro budget, and so much fun to make! Tracy didn’t hesitate to give them a try and she approves!

I only used about 1 tablespoon of the dressing in each wrap and it was just the right amount. I’ve found just 1 tablespoon adds some bold flavor, but not too many macros, which means my dressings go a LONG way. My favorite Tessemae dressings to use in this recipe are the Organic Habanero Ranch and the Organic Honey Mustard. I’m pretty sure all the dressings would taste great in these grilled chicken wraps. Let me know if you try something different! I bet the Creamy Ranch or the BBQ sauce would be excellent too!

Many people have learned through Whole30 that certain food groups (gluten, dairy, legumes, etc.) don’t agree with them. Let it be known, you can still have incredible success with macros while avoiding those food groups and maintaining what you’ve learned.
