Weekly Workout:  Burpees & Double Unders {or Single Skips}

  • 25 Burpees
  • 50 DU (Double Unders)/SS (single Skips)
  • 20 Burpees
  • 40 DU/SS
  • 15 Burpees
  • 30 DU/SS
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 DU/SS
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 DU/SS

This week Stay Fit Mom is bringing out a workout that is sure to get your heart rate up!

Equipment needed:

  • Timer (We frequently use the MYWOD app and recommend it to our readers.  You can keep track of your workouts, they’ve got How To videos, and of course the app has great timers.)
  • Jump Rope
  • Yoga Mat

Modification Options:  Be sure to modify this workout to your ability level.  Don’t let the number of repetitions in this workout discourage you.  You can always reduce the rep scheme as needed.  If you are a beginner, you may want to cut the reps in half.

At the start of the timer complete 25 Burpees.  When you’ve finished your Burpees move immediately into your Double Unders or Single Skips.  Continue until you’ve finished your last set of Double Unders/ Single Skips.
