Run & Burpee WORKOUT

No equipment necessary for this Run & Burpee workout!

Today’s weekly workout challenge is a 1 mile run with a twist!  Grab a friend and some running shoes and get ready to sweat.

Complete a 1 Mile Run for time.  At the bottom of every minute, do 3 burpees. 

This is a workout that can be modified accordingly.

Modification Options:

Advanced: Run 1 Mile for time.  At the bottom of every minute do 5 burpees.

Beginner: Run/ walk 1/2 Mile for time.  At the bottom of every minute do 2-3 burpees.

    For some reason the thought of doing burpees scared me. Today may be the day to start them again!

      I’m think I’ll try it Saturday also. I might be pushing 2 kids in the stroller as well. I hope it doesn’t take me forever! ha.
